main_abel2nad.ksh <generic_filename>
(also called as batch.ksh <generic_filename>)
It converts Abeles file format to Nadasdy file format. Abeles format is generated either by the MSD online spikesorting system or by the Alphasort off-line spikesorting system. Alphasort is able to merge the newly sorted spikes to the digital data including all the behavior and stimulus markers. The nadasdy format is a file name descriptive format where the information about the Trial, Electrode and Neuron is represented by the filename as "TEN-system".
