Program # 1: Wave_clus: Unsupervised spike detection and sorting of extracellular multiunit recordings. It uses wavelets and Super-paramagnetic clustering. The code is described in:

Program # 2: EP_DEN v2 (runs under matlab): Denoise the single trial evoked potentials from the background EEG. It is based on a wavelet multiresolution decomposition using biorthogonal B-Splines.

 


Program # 3: SPECT (runs under matlab)

Given a 1 column input ascii file, calculates its Windowed Fourier Transform and then calculates the power spectra and the Shannon
and Kulback-Leibler (relative) entropies. It also calculates the  relative band intensity ratio (RIR). It can be tested with dataset # 3.

Program # 4: SYNCHRO

Calculates the cross-correlation, and non-linear interdependence measures S, H and N of a bivariate signal. It can be tested with dataset # 3.
